Our choir had been asking to have rails installed on the altar steps for years. When I got involved I found Trade Diversified in California. (We're in New York) The customer service rep Erica was very easy to reach (multiple times) and very knowledgeable about the products and possibilities for our situation. Our choir wanted a brushed look and a more local company could only do a polished finish. Erica, said no problem we hand brush and powder coat the pieces for an additional cost. I ordered the pieces on a Tuesday, and they arrived here in NY the following Tuesday. Amazing service. Everything was packed well and all the pieces looked great.
We installed the pieces with only a few minor issues. Some of the connections were very tight, possibly because of the powder coating. A few extra brass screws would have been helpful. But overall the quality is excellent and the choir is thrilled.

This is the second time I've purchased a dance barre from Trade Diversified. They make it so easy and communicate quickly if you have any questions.
I was forced to build my own French Bistro style shelving unit on my wetbar. There are a few companies out there who will sell you a custom made shelving unit, but IMO all of their designs were not suitable for my needs.
I especially like the domed flange covers. Many other brass/glass shelves use a flange with the screws exposed. The covered dome flanges look much nicer.
All in all the project is great. Having worked with a lot of copper, it was the same as running a 1 1/2” waterline. The only thing I found was that some of the fittings were a little more loose while some were snug. It would have been nice for everything to be snug but the project still turned out great.
We called to check on buying a small custom stair rail for our boat, it had to be a specific certain length. Erica was very helpful at putting together a quote for a 'kit', emailing the specs and cost. We ordered it from the email link, and it came quickly. It is Perfect!
We used the brass for a bunk project. The brass pieces we ordered are beautiful, arrived quickly, perfectly packed. TDI also had a flange with a 90 degree elbow that was ideal for our project. We would order again.
