Shipping Policy

In-stock items typically leave our Ontario, CA warehouse within 1 business day (Monday-Friday). Shipping and delivery times may vary.

Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed same business day if items are in stock. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm PST will ship on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

Expedited delivery (2 Day & Overnight) is only available on business days (Monday through Friday).

Shipping Standard & Ground Shipping Estimated Transit Time:

• Your cart contains items that are IN STOCK, made to order, personalized items, and/or items that ship via freight and will ship separately. Shipping and delivery times will vary by item.

When will I receive my items?

• In-stock items: Once shipped, allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
• All other items: Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of non-freight items or 7-10 business days for delivery of items that ship via freight.
• We will send you a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number, if available, when each item ships.

Freight Truck Shipping:

• Products or orders too large or heavy to ship via FedEx will be delivered to you via freight truck delivery and may be subject to an additional liftgate service fee.
• Freight orders usually take 7-10 business days for delivery; some items will take longer, based on your location.
• You will be contacted when your freight item arrives at your local freight terminal (via the phone number provided during checkout) to schedule a drop-off date and time.

How is shipping cost calculated?

• Shipping charges depend entirely on what you're ordering, where you need that order to go, and how quickly you want it to get there.
• Shipping costs are based on the zip code entered, product weight, and size.

Estimated Shipping Costs:

• You will always see your complete order total, including the exact shipping cost and taxes, before your order is placed.

Processing Time:

• In-Stock Items: Typically leave our Ontario, CA warehouse within 1 business day (Monday-Friday).
• Same Business Day Processing: Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday (if items are in stock). Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST on Friday, and those placed on Saturday or Sunday, will ship on Monday.

Delivery Time:

• In-Stock Items: Allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
• Non-Freight Items: 3-7 business days once shipped.
• Freight Items: 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Delivery: 2 Day & Overnight options available only on business days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping Costs:

• Based on zip code, product weight, and size.
• Full order total, including shipping, will be shown before purchase.

Freight Shipping:

• For oversized/heavy items; additional liftgate service fees may apply.
• Delivery arranged via contact from your local freight terminal.

Please Check Your Order

Customers are responsible for checking their order when it arrives to make sure that all items are present. Any order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 5 business days. We are not responsible for missing items reported after 5 business days. Please see our Returns & Exchanges information.
