Order Processing

In-stock items typically leave our Ontario, California warehouse within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are generally processed the same day if items are in stock. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited shipping options are available for eligible in-stock items.

Made-to-Order Products

Some products offered by Trade Diversified are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer. These products require production time before shipment and may have longer lead times than standard in-stock items.

Examples include select sneeze guard systems, custom-fabricated components, specialty finishes, and other products manufactured to customer specifications.

• Production times vary by product and are noted on the product page when applicable.

• Estimated delivery dates shown on product pages include both production and transit time.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

• Delivery times may vary based on product requirements, order volume, and destination.

Please note that carrier transit estimates displayed during checkout reflect shipping time only and may not include production time for made-to-order products.

Made-to-order and custom-fabricated products may be non-returnable. Please refer to the individual product page for specific return eligibility and lead time information.

Freight Deliveries

Products that are oversized, heavy, or otherwise unsuitable for standard parcel delivery may ship via freight carrier.

Freight shipments typically require delivery appointments and may be subject to additional services such as liftgate delivery.

You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery once the shipment reaches your local terminal.
