In-stock items typically leave our Ontario, CA, USA warehouse within 1 business day (Monday-Friday). Shipping and delivery times may vary.

Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed same business day if items are in stock. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm PST will ship on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Please note shipping method delivery times as some are not guaranteed.

Expedited delivery (2 Day & Overnight) is only available on business days (Monday through Friday).

*UPS charges $18 Additional Handling for packages over 48" in length, and $4.45 for Residential Delivery on top of shipping. In the event that Shipping & Handling paid for order doesn't cover our shipping cost, order will be shipped via USPS or carrier of our choice. If order MUST be shipped via a certain carrier, please kindly make a note in order or give us a call/email, payment for additional freight will be required for order to be processed.

Combined shipping for tubing longer than 4-ft is available. Please contact us for shipping estimates.

Your cart contains items that are IN STOCK, made to order, personalized items, and/or items that ship via freight and will ship separately. Shipping and delivery times will vary by item.

When will I receive my items?

In-stock items: Once shipped, allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
All other items: Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of non-freight items or 7-10 business days for delivery of items that ship via freight.
We will send you a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number, if available, when each item ships.

Freight Truck Shipping

Products or orders too large or heavy to ship via FedEx will be delivered to you via freight truck delivery and may be subject to an additional liftgate service fee.
Freight orders usually take 7-10 business days for delivery; some items will take longer, based on your location.

You will be contacted when your freight item arrives at your local freight terminal (via the phone number you've already provided during checkout) to schedule a drop off date and time.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping charges depend entirely on what you're ordering, where you need that order to go and how quickly you want it to get there.
Shipping costs are based on the zip code you entered, product weight and size.
