Refer to the email notification(s) from our Customer Care team! Immediately after placing your order, you should have received an order confirmation email from email@example.com. This email is sent to let you know that we have received your order. It details what you've ordered, your order number, your shipping and billing addresses and the total cost with tax and shipping.
If you haven't received a confirmation email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder.
To avoid misdirected spam issues, just add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email service provider address book!
As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know your items have shipped. It details your shipping address, ship date, shipping carrier, and tracking number, if available. If your order includes items that ship separately, you will receive an additional shipping notification email when each item ships with a new tracking number, if available.
